Before advertising or analytics is enabled, Nightveil will add a valid operator contact, name each provider, and obtain consent where applicable. This page describes the site’s current pre-advertising state.

Scope
This policy applies to the Nightveil website and its browser-based WebXR games. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that you open through external links.
Information processed
Nightveil does not ask visitors to create an account or submit a name, email address, or payment information. The hosting service may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser or headset type, requested URL, time, and security events in order to deliver and protect the service.
Browser storage
The site may use local or session storage to remember a language choice or an optional age-confirmation state on relevant legacy pages. This storage stays in your browser and is not used to build an advertising profile.
Purpose and sharing
Technical information is used for hosting, security, troubleshooting, and preventing abuse. Nightveil currently does not load third-party advertising tags or analytics tags on its portal pages. We do not sell personal information.
Retention, rights, and changes
Server-log retention is controlled by the hosting provider and is limited to operational and security needs. You can clear browser storage at any time in your browser settings. Before advertising or analytics is activated, this policy will be updated with a valid privacy contact and the relevant choices or rights for your region. Material updates will be reflected by the date above.
